Toy Exchange Service Design

 

ToyX is a service design that aims to recycle old toys and provide a platform for children to choose toys based on their own decisions. In the ToyX room, the collection of refurbished toys is displayed, and each child enters the room alone and can replace one displayed toy with an old toy he/she brings. Parents do not participate in the whole process, which not only provides space for children to choose toys independently but also allows parents to understand their children's choices and values.
