mHealth Mobile Application for Healthy Eating in Working Context
EAT@WORK guides users to have healthy eating routines when they work in the office or work from home (due to COVID-19). Differing from other apps that only focus on tracking daily intake, EAT@WORK additionally involves reliable knowledge, social support, and a physical health program to help users gain healthy eating patterns during working hours. EAT@WORK is not a cold digital tool for food tracking but a user-friendly approach that helps users manage their eating activities during working hours in an efficient, easy, and unobtrusive way.
